What the club says: Beedles Lake is situated in the heart of the Wreake Valley, wit the River meandering through several holes. The course is maintained to an extremely high standard by Head Greenkeeper Sam Shuttlewood and his staff, and is a real cracker. The course is parkland course, and the fairways and greens are always in immaculate condition. A very playable course, if your game is on form, scoring well is achievable. With some interesting pin positions and guarded greens however, be careful not to push it too far! We also have a New challenging par 3 course, The Little Owl, a stunning addition to further our "Golf for Everyone" ethos.

Good course
A medium difficulty course - plenty of holes you need to be accurate of the tee.Greens are not bad, bunkers a bit hard under a thin layer of soft sand but a good value course.

Fantastic Course
Eight of us traveled today to play the course after there senior open had been cancelled at the last minute. The club could nit do enough for us the course was in great condition. Greens a really good test along with some run on the fairways made the 18 holes very enjoyable.Reviewer Rating

Lovely course, awful pace of play
My only complaint about this course is the awful pace of play. It often feels like more there are more groups than the allotted 1 per 8-minute tee time, with most groups ignoring the rule of allowing others to play through. I'm a member here, but i doubt I'll renew for next year.Reviewer Rating

Great facilities are to be found at Beedles Lake gc. Driving range and putting and chipping areas. The course is tree lined and the greens were smooth for the time of year. You need to be able to move the ball both ways off the tee and judge lay ups well to avoid hazards.

A tough course with some challenging holes. greens in good condition and some tree lined fairways present a challenge. Half way house does a fantastic sausage and bacon cob, Very welcoming club too.
