What the club says: Birstall Golf Club is 6239 yards long with a par and standard scratch score of 71 from the men’s competition tees and is a delight to play, providing a fair and exciting challenge to the golfer. There are superb greens and fairways with some very challenging tree-lined holes on a layout which is fairly easy to walk.

Very good condition.
Very good condition given the wet weather conditions we have had recently. Greens are very good and average pace. Due to the wet conditions the course is playing very long.Reviewer Rating

Good course, staff could be better?
Really nice course to play, kept in good condition. Played here a few times now and every time the staff haven't been the friendliest and most welcoming, other playing members have been the opposite though!Reviewer Rating

First time playing here, remarkably as I'm a Leicester lad. I can only presume the guy in the shop was having a bad day as his customer service skills were lacking. Even though I bought a polo shirt in there. The course on the other hand was as good as I?d been informed it was, very good greens and tee boxes. The fairways were baked and produced some great interesting bounces. The course reminded me of a mix of Whetstone GC & western park GC (both Leicester courses)
Overall id play here again, but wouldn't rush back.
