andalucia fantastic
A great course locally used by all surrounding growers and wine makers.Greens were fast but true would play again next year.

Recently extended from 9 to 18 holes this is an excellent course. The original 9 form an outer loop with the new 9 being constructed as an inner loop. There are 7 dog-leg holes on this course which has been designed to fit the existing terrain. It provides a good challenge for the low handicapper while it isn't too intimidating for those who need more strokes to complete their rounds.
The course is built on an old olive grove and is surrounded by an urbanisation. There are several water hazards and a staggering 61 bunkers to be avoided but visitors will have a very enjoyable round of golf.
The staff are very friendly and English, German and, of course Spanish is spoken in both the shop and resturaunt. Anyone looking for something different should visit this area where Benalup, Montenmedio, Sherry Golf and El Puerto de Santa Maria can be combined to provide a golfing holiday in nice surroundings away from the hustle of the Costa del Sol. Green fees are also lower in this region and the courses are less crowded.
