What the club says: Benalup Golf is situated in a unique environment with stunning views over the "La Janda" valley and the "Los Alcornocales" natural park.
Playing golf has to be a pleasure, exclusive but still affordable, with respect for etiquette. Therefore we have chosen for a very limited number of players per day in a pleasant atmosphere on a course where nothing is left to chance.
The Benalup Golf Course is the result of the collaboration between several professionals. The course has been designed by the architect Baron Paul Rolin, a former partner of Robert Tent Jones.

Do look for this one
Tucked away but well worth finding. Some great challenges, but not so difficult as to put you off. Played it twice - neither time very busy, both times the course was in excellent nick. Really do recommend this - plus allow time for the all you can eat buffet breakfast before you go out!Reviewer Rating

I stayed at the Benalup Golf and Country club for a week in September 2011. Its quite isolated and you need a car if you intend to explore the local area. There are a number of high profile companies that use the course for competitions. Its a tight course and if you get off the fairways you will struggle to hit a decent ball back on line.
