What the club says: This is a classic parkland design utilising the local terrain to create a challenging, interesting and beautiful golfing gem. The wide, open fairways allow a little less accuracy off the tee, however a range of hazards will always be waiting for that wayward shot. The wind also comes in to play ensuring that good course management will also be required.

Good challenge. Make your score on the front 9 am defend it on the back 9 especially the first 5 holes.
Reasonable value too. Currently if you ring the day before and pay up front it's ?50 a round.

Long course, but green to tee is walkable. Wide & lush fairways & good greens with plenty of trees but not much water & good fairways but plenty of roll. Some enjoyable views too! Long holes but we’ll worth it

An excellent course, not at all busy and very rural with lovely views. Quite challenging, but no spectacular holes. Very enjoyable.
