What the club says: Royal Worlington and Newmarket Golf Club was founded in 1893 and is the home course of Cambridge University. Its 9 holes are laid on gently undulating sandy-based soil that drains well all the year round. Royal Worlington has recently been voted the best 9 hole course in the world by 'Golf' Magazine in the US; while this may be debatable, it is a fact that it regularly appears in the top 100 golf course lists of various magazines.

Fun 9 holes of Royal Golf
Great fun little layout this. Fairways are mostly generous with some blind fairway bunkers from tees. Avoid those and the green complexes are next thing to cath you out, some of them are very tough. Very enjoyable for golfers of any abilties.Reviewer Rating

Excellent course with fantastic greens. It's only 9 holes, otherwise would give top marks.
