What the club says: 9 hole, par 30, beginners course, open everyday
Suitable for all ages, perfect for the elderly as Penfold Park is a very flat course.

THE WORST GOLF COURSE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO THE GREENS WERE LIKE A WAR ZONE! MASSIVE CRACKS AND MAINLY DRIED OUT GRASS/MUD NO SPINKLERS IN SIGHT SO I GUESS THE ONLY WATERING IS RAIN. THE TEES ARE HORRIBLE MATS THAT ARE ATLEAST 60 YEARS OLD! ITS LISTED AS A BEGGINERS COURSE YET MOST OF THE "FAIRWAYS" ARE LIKE 3 CM WIDE I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMEND SAVING THE MONEY AND PAYING FOR A BETTER COURSE AS THIS IS LIKE A BACK GARDEN COURSE THATS NOT LOOKED AFTER ATALL!!

Terrible.
The course is rubbish and there is some irony in that is exactly what you can smell wafting over from the neighbouring dump.
