New Sun Mountain Zero Gravity Bag includes Hip Belt
Sun Mountain have announced the launched a stylish new model with an innovative hip belt designed to reduce the effort required to carry a bag and help golfers put more energy into performance.
The sleek and fully-patented Three 5 Zero Gravity (Zero-G) bag includes an easily-adjustable belt that fits around the hips and takes the majority of the bag’s weight off the shoulders. Rather than strapping over the shoulders, the Zero-G’s removable belt is held securely in place on the golfer’s hips by a sturdy buckle closure able to fit a range of waist sizes from 30” to 40”.
“Zero Gravity technology helps those golfers who love to carry their clubs, but who sometimes struggle with the strain they feel on their shoulders, particularly during those important closing holes,” said Sun Mountain Chief Designer Seth Enes. “Long term testing with the bag has proven that golfers have more energy to swing the club thanks to the transfer of weight away from the shoulders to the hips.”
The Zero-G – available in four different colour combinations – can also be carried using conventional shoulder straps. A removable Auto-Fit Dual Strap comes with the bag and has been designed to improve posture and increase comfort when carrying.
Golfers will also have access to several features when carrying the Zero-G, including seven different pockets for the likes of valuables, score card, water bottle and clothes. A rain hood comes with the bag and attaches easily to cover the 9”, 4-way top.
The Three 5 Zero-G bag (RRP £199) is available from January 2015 in striking new Gunmetal/Black/Citron, Cobalt/Black, Black/Red/Gunmetal and White/Grey/Orange colourways.
