Stenson's double delight ensures Titleist Pro V1 milestone

With the richest prize in world golf on offer at East Lake Golf Club for the Tour Championship, the Titleist golf ball success story continued in historic fashion. Henrik Stenson fired a final round 2-under par 68 to complete a three stroke victory and not only earn his second title of the FedExCup Playoffs and the season long FedEx Cup.

Stenson posted a 13-under par, 267 winning total to complete a three shot victory over a top four that included  Steve Stricker and Jordan Spieth in second and Webb Simpson in third. Stenson, who also won the Deutsche Bank Championship has seen his fortunes rise a a meteoric rate in 2013. 
 
Titleist Golf are celebrating Stenson's victory as remarkable quirk of fate saw his win record the 2013th victory for the hugely successful Pro v1 Golf Ball. The Pro V1 was also played by all the Fed-Ex playoff winners, Zach Johnson and Adam Scott.
