Srixon ZX7 Irons Review

By: Golfshake Editor | Thu 21 Jan 2021

Revealed last year by Srixon, Golfshake Equipment Expert Ryan Rastall has now tested and reviewed the brand's rather fetching looking ZX7 Irons.

Having first taken a closer look at the ZX5, the Head Professional at Howley Hall Golf Club turns his attention to the ZX7, which feature a fully forged body from 1020 forged carbon steel, a VT sole - dual camber designed to help get through the turf and strike the ball better, and progressive groove patterns - wider in the longer irons and sharper in the shorter irons.

The ZX7 have a slightly smaller head than the ZX5 and are aimed towards the better ball striker and low handicap golfers. Luckily, Ryan is more than capable of hitting them!

For more information on the ZX7 (and indeed the ZX5), visit https://www.srixon.co.uk/
