What the club says: The golf course consists of two nine hole loops, with ultimate convenience as the 9th green as well as the 18th green are situated within easy walking distance of the Driving range and the golf clubhouse.

Fantastic course

The whole course was in immaculate condition. Fairways had a great run on them, rough around trees was short allowing you to find stray balls easily and keep pace of play to a good speed. Greens were fast and tricky to read. The pro is extremely friendly and the clubhouse food was great. Cost very competitive. Nice amount of water in play at times. Great course.

Found this course a few years ago and was pleasantly surprised. There are many different holes with a number with water in play, hole 10 needs to be given respect and don't underestimate your chip onto the green. Views all around of lovely countryside. Only one hole has bunkers on it but you do not really miss them. Course in excellent condition. We played behind seniors who were a little slow, our group are all pensioners too but.... The pro is extremely friendly and has always made us welcome, I would go as far as to say the best greeting you will ever get. Clubhouse also very friendly with plenty of good food to sample. Value for money - yes.

Played this course 3/4 times now and is quite tricky in places, especially around the water holes. Only one hole has bunkers but you do not realise this as the course is challenging enough. Work carried out on a number of fairways regarding drainage which is great. Some new tee boxes have have been created and reseeded but not in play yet. Greens not at their best but ok. Quite a few tee mats in play but need attention in places to allow your own tees to be used correctly. Could do with some ball washers particularly at this time off year.
Clubhouse and pro very friendly with great food options including gluten free. Always enjoy playing here. Green fees very reasonable.

Great course, unusual in that only one hole has bunkers but you don't really notice. Greens were good and difficult to read, needed to hit the putt with some pace. Water in play on a few holes and care is needed to stay dry. Seniors were on the course in front of us and were very slow, playing Texas Scramble!! We caught them up by hole 10 and then waited on every hole, having said that completed the round in 4hrs. Clubhouse great and very friendly, all day breakfast great.

beautifully maintained

An enjoyable although challenging course. At this time of year, many golf courses have let their rough become inpenetrable; but not Alexander Park.. If a ball goes wayward into the trees, the ball is easily found amongst the trees so hey a great result. well done Ally Park

On a Monday, there is no chef, so I cannot comment upon what other times is a great cafe.

2nd time of playing this course and unfortunately we had gale force winds to contend with which didn't help great golf. Having said that the course is quite forgiving on the fairways and first cut of rough was not punitive. Greens had been tined over the previous 2 weeks, so weren't in the best stat but still ok. Unusual course in as much that it only has 2 bunkers and they are on the same hole, this didn't detract from the game. Interesting holes when the water came into play - take care. Very friendly pro and the clubhouse where they produced a great gluten free breakfast. Great views on a number of holes.

fabulously kept course with all the amenities

A great challenging course. With putting green, driving range, cafe and well stocked Pro shop, this pay and play golf course has everything and is very well maintained.

Enjoyable course to play, trickier on the back 9 when water came into play on a lot of holes. Only bunkers on one hole, the pro said as the course was quite young yet they wanted to sort out any drainage problems first, it was actually nice not to worry about them. Lots of leaves around and with great sunlight, it was often tricky finding your ball even in good positions. Greens ok but it had been frosty overnight. Pro very helpful and the clubhouse service and food options were great. We had only just found out about the course and so were quite pleased with what we found, can't wait to play in the summer with the trees in bloom and the great views.

Lovely new course

Played this course this week, albeit very wet like every other course around. In fact, the course held up very well. Loved the layout, course is still young but will be one of the best around Herefordshire in my opionion. Facilities are very clean and staff are a joy to talk too, highly recommend.

Give this venue a try

The green keepers have done an excellent job over the winter keeping the course open most of the time. A very forgiving course suitable for most abilities. The only negative is the lack of suitable practice facilities.
