What the club says: Heacham Manor Hotel is the first golf hotel in the West Norfolk area, and the Championship length 18-hole golf course is a challenging course with some of the best greens in the area. The Course is designed in a links style and will challenge all levels of golfers. The natural features of the Heacham and Ringstead rivers run through the course and the design maximises these to their full potential, being an integral part of the 3rd, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th holes. The course also boasts four beautiful lakes, with the signature par 3 7th hole demanding a long carry of 180 yards off the whites straight to the green, with water all the way. The course varies between links and parkland styles and affords views of the Wash.
Our North-West Norfolk Golf Tour is a delight for any keen golfer, including two nights’ accommodation at Heacham Manor Hotel, a 3-course dinner in our award-winning Mulberry Restaurant and full Norfolk Breakfast for each morning of your stay. Start your tour with a round of golf at Heacham Manor Golf Course, followed by the traditional Links course of Hunstanton and the tree lined King’s Lynn. Prices start from just £226 per person.
Membership to Heacham Manor Golf Club is available at just £720 plus affiliation fees from 1st May to 30th April and includes unlimited golf within course conditions and availability, access to the online tee booking system and eligibility to enter all club competitions and events- plus there’s no joining fee.

A quite forgiving course
A slightly undulating course with several water hazards next to the greens. Big fairways on a lot of the holes and relatively easy to recover a wayward drive. First class clubhouse facilities and adjoining hotel. Well worth a visit.Reviewer Rating

Great Course
Really enjoyed the round on the weekend at Heacham Manor. The course is laid out nicely with some challenging holes. This is found to be even more so when you are playing into the wind. The wind behind was welcomed on a few of the longer holes.Lovely facilities, clubhouse had lots to offer, but I settled for a coffee.

Wide Open fairways
The course is a good challenge - open fairways, but strategically placed bunkers that focus the mind on second/third shotsMy only complaint was that the bunkers are very short of sand which made extracting myself from them challenging

Enjoyed our round. Good test for all standards with interesting holes. Views from the course and especially the clubhouse are great but unfortunately these will soon be gone as the wooded areas grow taller. Wouldn’t expect so many trees on a links course. Will returnReviewer Rating

Matured nicely
I had only played Heacham Manor once and that was eleven years ago when it first opened. Today was an Open Vets Stableford and I found that the course had matured very nicely since that last visit. Fairways were in very good condition and where they weren't GUR was in operation. There are two fairways that a brook or river cuts across so make sure you know where they are before playing. Water hazards are a feature of the course with a short par three right over a pond/lake but what I liked was that if you wanted to you could bail out and take two to the green. Bunkers are plentiful but maintained well. The putting surfaces were running true as you read them. Facilities as you would expect for a hotel course were first class.Reviewer Rating

Pleasant knock
On holiday in Heacham and found this interesting gem of a course. Looks easy, open, and "linksy" but presents a reasonable challenge for the typical club golfer. I found the staff exceptionally helpful and accommodating, couldn't ask for a better afternoon of recreational golf.Reviewer Rating
