What the club says: A superb 18 hole championship golf course located near Salisbury on the Wiltshire, Dorset borders, offering an outstanding golf and social product and a unique, unpretentious atmosphere quite different to more traditional Golf Clubs. The course is available to visitors seven days a week, subject to other bookings, and they will always be assured a warm welcome.

Lovely location
Played here a few times and what ever the time of year the course is always well presented. The fairways were running the greens for the time of year quick and surprisingly smooth. Excellent staff and food and drink worth staying for.Reviewer Rating

Lovely Course

Really lovely coarse
Definitely worth playing. Fabulous parkland setting. Course in excellent order from tee to greens. Unique feature is the coarse is part in Wiltshire and Part in Dorset, only the Dorset side has bunkers!Stop after and enjoy a drink and I would recommend you have a bite to eat as it’s first rate. Enjoy

Definitely worth visiting
Very friendly helpful staff. Course was in fabulous condition considering the weather we have had. Greens are very good to excellent for the conditions. One temporary green where the club are rebuilding a new green. All facilities open. If you have the opportunity I would definitely recommend playing.Reviewer Rating

Lovely Course
With all the recent rain that has fallen the course was in excellent condition.The greens played fabulously and really quick for winter. Played here on a few occasions now and have never been let down. Lovely setting for a game of golf.

Fantastic
Course was in very good condition,it's been a few years since last visit and the small weeks have been well spentGreens in good condition,fairways great and the rough as it should be for amateurs,no deep rough where you never find your ball but it was still there to penalize

Excellent value for money
A warm welcome with friendly staff. Course was in great condition. We had a society of 14 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Hospitality was excellent and fantastic value for money. Will certainly be coming back next year.Reviewer Rating

Lovely location
Played here on a few occasions and have always found the staff to be really great. Course was in good condition and greens running well considering gthe wet weather recently. Think someone had upset the greens staff as some of the pin positions were somewhat challenging.

lovely course
Played this course on Sunday 21st August, considering the length of dry spell we've had the course was in remarkably good condition. You can tell that a lot of time & effort has been spent on saving the greens which were superb and ran true (a couple were a little slow) but overall excellent.As a society we were made to feel welcome prior & after the roun, hopefully we can return and play the course again. Well done to the staff

The greens in poor condition

Lovely location
With the course divided between Dorset and Wiltshire this is a wonderful setting. Always well presented with a variety of interesting holes. As with all golf courses, good placement will reward you.Staff are very welcoming and the clubhouse food worth stopping for.

Very good and continues to improve!
Wonderful setting spanning Dorset and Wiltshire. Interesting mix where 9 holes have no water, the other 9 have no bunkers, but you may not notice first time around. Club house is a little traditional, but food is always fantastic and a good range of drinks. Greens were absolutely fantastic, even towards the end of the season.Reviewer Rating
