Lovely, well looked after golf course!
We played the Grove about two weeks ago, for our annual Caravan cup tournament. The weather was kind to us, the course was in tip top condition, no water retention, lovely lush fairways and the greens were 10/10! We had a low handicapper, much improved Stu Price and a most improved Buck Rogers testing the course. All three of us were singing the praises for this cheeky course, lots of room to hit, every hole brought different challenges, but a great two days! Credit to the ground staff!Reviewer Rating

Good golf course overall
I think most people will enjoy this course if you already play a decent amount of golf. The back nine are quite long holes if you don’t hit 200+ off the tee. The course was in good condition despite heavy recent rain and indeed on the day. Greens in very good condition too as they usually are having played here through the summer. No pro shop but doesn’t bother me. Just visit the bar to check in. The golf is the main thing for me and that’s good. Food seems decent too from what I have seen.Reviewer Rating

Enjoyable course
At only £20 for a round (winter) it's a bargain. The fairways were well kept and generous in width and the greens which had recent maintenance were fast and a good test. Add trees and well placed bunkers and it's a good challenge. A nice generous car park and friendly staff - highly recommended.Reviewer Rating

Lush course
Lovely course with lush fairways and greens. Most holes tree lined requiring accuracy off the tee, rough is penal. Fairways hard from the warm weather and greens difficult to stop on and deceptively slow when putting.(Round played: Apr 2019 - Score: 90 Handicap: 13.2)
