What the club says: Set in 200 acres of parkland and listed by English Heritage as a protected park and garden. The Rotherwick Course at Tylney Park is an example of the very best inland golf available in Britain. In 2003, a leading firm of golf architects were asked to re-design the 1974 golf course in such a way that would do justice to a site which has long been felt could unlock more potential as one of the finest parkland settings in the south of England.

Course in good condition
The course was in good condition; the rough was high and penalising; greens were tricky with lots of borrows in them. Some longish walks between green/tee. Good club house with very friendly staff. Decent price for buggies. Really enjoyed the day, though not necessarily my scorecardReviewer Rating

Hampshire Parkland Quiet Challenge
Varied challenging course in quiet Hampshire countryside. Demanding greens, compact clubhouse with friendly staff. Well worth a visit in the summer months, course on clay so not at its best following the recent very wet weather. Just announced additional drainage work starting May that will be carried out over the next couple of years.Reviewer Rating

Hampshire gem
Varied challenge in the quiet Hampshire countryside. Course laid out in amble surrounding meaning that there is good space between holes. Reading the greens requires thought. Recently refurbished clubhouse and kitchen, new chef has improved the food offering. Well worth a visit in drier conditions as on clay.Reviewer Rating

Quiet County Location
Situated in Hampshire countryside presents a varying challenge with demanding greens. Clubhouse has been improved in recent years, no full time chef, steward left today, bar staff also recently changed. The course is well worth playing but what level of service will be provided in the clubhouse has yet to be communicated.Reviewer Rating

Hampshire Secret Venue
Quiet course in the Hampshire Countryside with varying challenges to suit golfers of all abilities. Compact welcoming clubhouse with helpful staff, well worth a visit outside of very wet conditions the course being on clay. Watch out for some very challenging greens especially 4 and 17 where three putts is not a disgrace.Reviewer Rating

Great course in quiet surrounding
The course has recovered well from the freezing and wet conditions experienced since early December. This should continue with the dry warmer weather scheduled for the coming week. Friendly and helpful staff but the lack of a chef has gone on too long.Reviewer Rating
