What the club says: In situation and scenery Strathpeffer Spa Golf Club is unique among Scottish golf courses. Most hazards are natural with 4 ponds coming into play. Fast sloping greens mean that very few bunkers are required and the course plays much more difficult than the 5001 yards (par 67) would suggest. Don't expect to overpower this course with long hitting - the winner at Strathpeffer will always be the accurate player!

Wow , Wow , for such a course on the side of a mountain what great condition they keep the course in , from lovely fairways to tight greens that run fast , and layout was both challenging and wow views are amazing, again will return each year to celebrate our wedding anniversary as we played this course on our honeymoon ,

Beautiful Course - Hidden Gem

Picturesque course with superb views. Apart from the 1st hole all of the front nine is uphill, so recommend taking a buggy (£25)
Greens are small, so accuracy is key. Greens were superb condition giving a true roll every time.

Lovely course

Had a great round at Strathpeffer. First 9 are very much uphill so get a buggy if they have one available, Back 9 great.

A course where accuracy is paramount, keep it on the short stuff to score well, tricky small greens, with many slopes, great views all over the course, be warned a good hill climb awaits you after the first..

A beautiful secenic course that is short, but one where accuracy is at a premium, the driver taken out the hands on many holes, with 7 par 3 holes, with 2 nice par 5's that the big boys can reach in two.. Fabulous view of Ross and Cromarty then from the 10th all the way into the Wyvis mountains.. Well worth the trip, be warned if you don't like a climb, take the buggy ...

Scenic views and very very hilly - don't play here if you have little thighs! Excellent tricky course and a very tricky front nine. Locals very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.
