What the club says: The club is a 9 hole golf course, 6358 yards from the Championship tees, 6381 yards from the normal play tees. It is a parkland course with several woods and copses with views out over the Solent. The greens are watered but are firm in the summer.

Osborne Golf Course
From the amazing friendly welcome from the ladies in the clubhouse to the amazing facilities of the beautiful course even in wet and windy conditions. It was a treat to play and I enjoyed every aspect of the round and even played well for once! Lol! Can't wait to play again in Spring and Summer with sunny weather.Reviewer Rating

Historic
A private Golf Course on the estate of Osborne House which was the home of Queen Victoria. You drive past the house on the way to the Golf Club. You will need to be pre-booked and on the list to get past security,
The course was in great condition for November,
My favourite hole was Squirrel's Leap, a swinging dogleg to the right.
Keep an eye out for the elephant bath on hole 8.
Top 3 on the Island.

A beautiful, but challanging historic course
I love the history at Osborne, founded in 1904 and on the estate of Osborne House (the home of Queen Victoria), there are very few golf courses that are either as prestigious or enjoyable. The course itself is a good challenge, favours longer hitters but don't let that put anyone off. Great clubhouse and friendly members.Reviewer Rating

A Gem overlooking the Solent
If there is a jewel in the box of golf courses on the Isle of Wight, then it has to be this one. Osborne Golf Club is the only fully private(no walkers on the course) course on the Isle of Wight, in the beautiful gardens of Osborne House. Friendly club, it’s a 9 hole course which does not make it easier.Reviewer Rating

Pretty little course
Early November, all mats on tees, but greens still in good condition but a couple were decent alternatives rather than temporaries, as was the whole course and only boggy in a couple of areas which is good considering the recent rain. Very pleasant staff and members(Round played: Nov 2019 - Score: 96 Handicap: 18.6)

Course is a challenge with excellent views as well. The club house is very welcoming and the food is good. The members are also very friendly.Reviewer Rating
