What the club says: All weather course offers 18 holes of delightful golf in a spectacular setting high above the Severn Valley with panoramic views across to the Malvern, Abberley and Clee hills. Located between Birmingham and Worcester, our peaceful setting is surrounded by an excellent road network making it accessible. Designed by professionals in 1989, the 18-hole course is formed by two nine hole loops, both starting and finishing at the clubhouse to provide ten par 4's, four par 3's and four par 5's split evenly over the course - Par 72 over 6139 yards.

Well maintained course
With 4 par 5s and at least 3 driveable par 4s (for better players) this is probably not the most challenging of courses, but it is always a good walk as its not flat be any means. I have never known this course to be flooded or unplayable even in winter unlike a number of others in the area. There is a good restaurant that serves great bacon rolls. Call in to order when you start the 8th hole and it will be ready to collect before going to the 10th tee. Also a well stocked pro shop. Watch out for the captain's charity lake on the 18th par 5!Reviewer Rating

Great buggy
A really enjoyable course with every hole having its own challenge whether it be a dog leg, a hill, trees or a lake Ombersley has them all whilst still keeping the fairways reasonably wide and the rough reasonably trim. The buggy?s digital course map and range finder was extremely useful tooReviewer Rating

Resiliant
This course holds up under all weather conditions. With many local courses closed for several weeks because of saturation from persistent rain this course remained open on full tees and greens. Greens were in great condition.Reviewer Rating

Course was in excellent condition, well recommended winter course. Drinks were a bit expensive in the bar but it didn't spoil an excellent day.Reviewer Rating

Ombersley
The course played well and is not a difficult challenge but has some tricky holes over water and round corners etc. It drains very well so even in very wet conditions you can always get round easily. The greens are quite slow but true.Reviewer Rating

Nice Open Course
Ombersley golf course is a well laid out and managed course. The fairways are wide and whilst they are dog-legged there are few obstacles such as streams, pools etc with the exception of the 18th.Reviewer Rating
