What the club says: A wonderful mature parkland course laid out by J F Abercrombie in 1923, designer of many fine courses including Worpledon, Coombie Hill and the Addington.

Set in 145 acres of gently undulating Green Belt land extending over the Mote Mount Estate on the borders of Hertfordshire and North London. Its 18 holes are all individually designed, many bordered by ancient oaks with lakes on the 2nd, 9th, 10th and 17th. The course itself although only measuring 6247 yards, represents a stern golfing challenge whatever your handicap.

Mr Collin Brome

I played the course on Sunday the 10th, it was in excellent condition, and the pace of play could not be faulted. The drainage in place is doing its job, the course was firm everywhere and the greens were immaculate. Hospitable welcome from the club pro in the shop, and a relaxing bar to unwind and count the shots that were left on the course. I would highly recommend Mill Hill Golf course as a place to visit and play.

Excellent condition today. True running greens. Lush fairways. Sadly the kitchen had closed but very pleased to return here

Great Course

Not the longest course but have played here a couple of times as a member guest in September and October. Course is not pristine by any shot but it is a challenging course with true rolling greens. Have the think on most holes how you will approach it, and I imagine over time there could be one or two different strategies to each hole. I did not play that well but still enjoyed the course alot - probably saw too much of it tbf.

Very Slow Today

A long round, over 4.5 hours as a two ball !! Management should consider consolidating 2 two balls into a four ball
New drainage working well, fairways, despite the rainfall in good conditions, greens very quick.
A very good challenging course

Haven't played in a while. Very impressed. Well kept, greens very good, smooth and quick. Any boggy places were off the playing line.

Nice course

Excellent nick for early Feb, obviously a bit wet and some of the tees were a little muddy, but greens and fairways were in excellent condition. Well done, greenkeepers

Nice course

Excellent condition for October, especially considering the rain we had just had. Tee boxes a bit untidy but greens were fabulous
