What the club says: Kirkby Lonsdale Golf Club is set in the Yorkshire Dales National Parks in that secret jewel of the North West, the Lune Valley. Whether you are a scratch golfer, a beginner or, like most of us, an average player, you cannot but enjoy playing golf on our beautiful course. Dramatic views, lush fairways and a natural undulating terrain, with every hole presenting a new and different challenge, provide a fair test of golf and a most enjoyable experience.
Visitors can be assured of a warm welcome from our Members, our Secretary David Towers and our Professional John Twissell. Catering facilities are provided throughout the day and all your requirements can be met by our catering team.

Being a member here I might be a bit biased but the course is probably in the best condition it's ever been in, the fairways and the greens are in great condition. The views are amazing from nearly every tee box, would highly recommend you visit here

Hidden Gem
Played in a mixed competition today 12 June. We were greeted by the lovely Carol on the tee box who made us very welcome. The course was in fantastic condition, beautifully manicured, with fast lush greens. The food in the clubhouse was exceptional and the staff, first rate.Reviewer Rating

Golf Society visit
Visited in May after a week of rain. Course had held up excellently, in great condition. Interesting course, lots of dog legs; fair but challenging. All golfers in our party enjoyed it and will return. Made to feel welcome by all and catering was spot on.Reviewer Rating

Fantastic course to explore
Open enough off the tee to get the driver out, but enough of a challenge to keep it interesting. The scenery is fantastic and the twists and turns of the course make every hole unique. The greens have plenty of breaks/features and were running nicely when I played. Nice practice facilities. Excellent value for money and well worth a visit.Reviewer Rating

Excellent course
Well maintained and in the sunshine a beautiful challenging course. Sadly it suffers in the wet but if you get a dry spell this course has to be visited. Greens fairways and the rough all maintained to a good standardReviewer Rating

Nice course with great scenery
Second time playing Kirkby Lonsdale, first time it was very wet so looked forward to tackling it again in drier conditions. Friendly clubhouse, great breakfast. Good practice facilities. Course in great condition, greens true not too quick. Some great holes with superb scenery of surrounding area. Good walk around but not too hilly. Well worth a game for sure.(Round played: Jun 2018 - Score: 78 Handicap: 5.2)
