What the club says: The course provides 18 holes, designed as two loops of 9, and has made use of the natural contours of the landscape, as well as many other mature parkland trees which were on site before development began. The siting of several small lakes and water courses provides a very attractive and interesting course.
In addition, there is a 250 yard driving range which also accommodates 4 covered bays, a practice bunker, chipping green and putting green, all within close proximity of the Clubhouse. Elton Furze has a wonderful reputation of being a very friendly club, with a wonderful course which is maintained to the highest of standards.

Lovely Parkland Course
This is a hidden gem in Cambridgeshire. A few minutes from the A1 near Peterborough but in pleasant countryside surroundings. Mature trees surround the course with lots of flaura and fauna. here are many mature trees. Design includes dogleg holes, with well placed ponds and bunkers and undulating fairways. A good challenge for most golfers. Greens are true and the course is very well maintained. Nice clubhouse and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Will play here again.Reviewer Rating

Varied and enjoyable
We played this course in April 2022 and thoroughy enjoyed our round. We hired a buggy (not really necessary, as the course is undulating, rather than hilly) and, since rain was threatening, were given a towel to take with us by the gentleman in the pro shop, who couldn‘t have been more friendly and welcoming. Many holes show real character and require accurate shot placement. One week after the Masters, the outlook from a couple of the tees reminded us of some of the holes at Augusta, as you had to drive through a relatively narrow gap in the trees. There is an interesting combination of short, almost driveable par 4‘s and others which are above average length snd require two good shots to get anywhere near the green. All in all, a great round of golf on a layout which is defingely above average. Thanks for a good afternoon to the club and staff!Reviewer Rating

The highlight of 2021
Just played this friendly welcoming golf course. The Parkland well kept fairways and mostly the greens were outstanding. By far thick unmarked greens the best. I found its great for my game play it makes you concentrate on those tricky tight tee shorts. But I came away with a positive as it was a great experience.Reviewer Rating
