What the club says: Only 400 yards from the hotel, the club celebrated its centenary in 1995 and has evolved into a fine championship course measuring 6,455 yards. A testament to its current standing is that it has hosted recent Welsh Golfing Union championships as well as international matches. Amongst its most notable features are the outstanding views from every part of the course; Cardigan Bay, The Preselli Hills in the distance and on a clear day Bardsey Island and The Lleyn Peninsula. Whilst it is a mixture of links and meadowland, it has exceptional drainage abilities and is playable all year round.

Love this course
The course is challenging at the best of times with it’s slopes and undulations. Add in the strong wind coming off the sea when I played today and it can be very, very difficult. Played 2 days running and the wind factor gave me a diffence of 13 strokes. The fairways and greens are in fabulous condition and the scenery is spectacular. Highly recommendedReviewer Rating

Love this course
Having a static caravan just a few miles away allows me to have a holiday membership and means I can play whenever I'm on holiday there. The course is challenging (my handicap is 23.2 and the WHS gives me 24) but the views over Cardigan Island and the Teifi estuary are amazing. As it is high up the wind can affect your round as do the undulating fairways. The greens are quick but well maintained. Most holes have markers as you cannot see the greens due to the up and down nature of the course. All in all it is a course I would highly recommendReviewer Rating

Stunning location
A links course situated above the Teifi estuary with stunning views. Sloping, undulating course with strong breezes to contend with. Several holes have markers as you can't see all of the fairway or green on them. A challenging course that I loveReviewer Rating

Fantastic course
Thought the price was steep at ?47 for 18 holes, that's booking with the pro shop, I managed to find it on line at ?35 so not complaining at all. The fairways can be tight on some holes but that's the joy of not using a driver all the time. The greens were super fast and took a couple of holes to weigh them up. The views from every hole was fantastic, estuary and poppit sandsReviewer Rating

Hill climb
Lovely views but lots of climbing up to the top and then down again. Good course though to me the last few holes felt like something of an afterthought.(Round played: Jul 2017 - Score: 94 Handicap: 18.4)
