What the club says: The course offers all players unlimited opportunities to complete a round with a real sense of achievement. Natural obstacles include a large lake on the 13th as well as a smaller lake on the 17th and many avenues of trees to thread your drive through. It is hard to believe that you are in an urban environment.

Enjoyable varied course but the hard fairways & harder unreceptive greens made it very difficult to hold the ball as we time after time went off the back.
Also very busy on the course.
Conditions though are seasonal & would be happy to return later in the year.
Otherwise there was little to detract from an enjoyable & varied course.
A rare opportunity to enjoy post match dinner in the club house as most clubs’ kitchens seems to be shut when we come back in - unfortunately the very busy clubhouse & excellent weather meant much of the seafood menu had already gone.

Played here with a friend who's a member. Course in good shape despite the recent rain. Greens were very receptive but a little slow. Rolled perfectly well though. Fairways were decent as were the bunkers. Course has an interesting layout, especially the back 9. Clubhouse is excellent and a nice place to spend time. Good food before and after the round and pace of play was good. Will visit again in future.

beautiful course
Bush Hill was playing great this week. The course was in great condition, despite a couple of patchy spots on some greens. The layout is varied and challenging with tight driving areas and quick greens.Reviewer Rating

Played here for the first time with a friend who's a member. Lovely course with a good deal of variety amongst holes once you get past the first few, back 9 especially including a no of interesting par 3's. Course generally in good condition though a bit patchy here and there following the recent dry spell but assume that will recover with a bit more rain. Bunkers were good and greens whilst not being all that quick rolled really well. Clubhouse is a very impressive building and a nice place to spend time in after the round. Look forward to heading back in due course.

Idyllic course

Always enjoy this course. Excellent Braid variety as you come to expect. Greens were very good although #3 was a temporary. Approx 3 temporary tees too. No mention of course. No monetary green fee allowance. Do we have a string of questions when booking & only phoning the pro shop to book?

Heavy Rain freshened up nicely but surprisingly didnt drain off. 1st feel of winter golf albeit it felt warm. Course played well despite the adjusting for the conditions. Greens remained excellent. And the variety of holes is optimum
