Course Information
An 18-holer ecological inland links course (former landfill) in the heart of Helsinki metropolitan area. The layout and greens are very much appreciated by players. New clubhouse opens in June 2016.

Decent track close to Helsinki centre
My reason for playing is course is a 15-minute taxi (or Yango) from Helsinki centre, or 30-minutes by bus.Having played Vuosaari a few days previously, which also describes itself as Links-style, this was quite different. Fewer elevation changes, but importantly wide landing spots and thin wispy rough with very few wayward tee shots likely to be punished.
Greens in good condition, big, undulating, firm and true. Some are well-protected.
I enjoyed the course, but it's not very challenging, quite short.
Clubhouse is fantastic - one of the best anywhere.

Brand new links-style course close to Helsinki. Not as demanding as links courses in Scotland or Ireland, but a good attempt to recreated the links feel. Still needs a proper clubhouse/restaurant, but it will surely come soon.
