What the club says: Ingrebourne Links boasts 27 holes of championship golf, made up of 3 loops of 9 holes: North, East and South Courses. From the 1st July 2020 we will have a full 18 Holes in play, “The Championship North/East Course”. The South 9 holes are scheduled to open in the summer of 2022.
The unique “Inland Links” style of our Championship Courses offer a very different challenge to the traditional parkland courses in the local area. As any golfing purist would know, a “Links Course” is normally close to the sea, but the rolling fairways, sleeper faced bunkers, gorse and large undulating greens at Ingrebourne really give you a 'feel' of playing golf by the coast! Please visit our website to view a virtual flythrough of the North and East courses at www.ingrebournelinks.co.uk.
Our Course Manager Ben Adams (previously Head Greenkeeper at the London Club) and his team maintain the courses to the very highest standards. A combination of expertise, the latest greenkeeping equipment and a “wall to wall” irrigation system help to give our members and visiting golfers that very special experience.

Mr
Lovely course. Tough and long off the whites especially as every hole seemed to be into the wind.Driver was used on every tee except par 3s

Links style course
Ingrebourne is a links style course, unusual to find in and around London. Good layout with good enough variation. Greens were difficult to get onto but were in good condition and ran true. Quite a few narrow fairways and the tall stuff was either difficult or lost.Reviewer Rating

One of the best in Essex
Firstly, very welcoming staff from the reception, halfway house and starter too.First time playing and would love to return again. Ingrebourne is a challenging inland links course that makes you forget that you are on the Essex/London border. Long course by traditional standards, but hard fairways gave the ball a lot of extra roll. Very challenging off the tee with some very tight fairways to hit with plenty of long rough and gorse covering both sides. If you can find the fairways you've done well. Greens were large in size, with lots of undulation, we visited during maintenance, and the greens were in great condition considering. I imagine that when this place is windy, it is a real challenge for any golfer.
All in all, one of the best courses I've played, and would thoroughly recommend.

Best conditioned course in Essex !
This course is by far the best course in Essex at the moment due to fact that it has a all course watering system in place. The T boxes, Greens and Fairways are all in immaculate condition which is more than can be said of 95% of courses in southern England.Reviewer Rating

Very nice course, challenging, especially in high winds. Very interesting holes, with nice fairways, as long as you hi them, greens were immaculate.Reviewer Rating

Best Golf Course in Essex
Absolutely love the links course at Ingrebourne, the best course I've played in Essex. Greens are huge and in excellent condition, borrows everywhere making putting a real test. Plays long in the winter, with the yellows off 6,633 yards but a true links course. Staff are super friendly and I'd recommend this course to everyone. Only opened 18 months ago and, at the moment, a real gem to find but suspect it will get incredibly popular over time.Reviewer Rating
