Expected more from a premier course
It's all about the maintenance, isn't it? Aesthetics, playability, This premier course in Lorton Va, started with a bang, but seems to struggle with the edges. Even though the course is still "very good", I was a little dissapointed witht he bunkers and the greens. The sand (not great shape) is frequently watered on warm days to keep it moist. All it does is create a hard pan effect that doesn't work well. The greens have a hundred unrepaired ball indentations (sloppy golfers?). Tee boxes good. Fairways: Very Good.(Round played: Jul 2018 - Score: 85 Handicap: 10.1)

High End County Course
Well Maintained, pricey on weekends.Never Disappointing.
Well Run. Clubhouse is adequate, practice facility excellent.
