Great for a spare hours golf on a small break.
A warm welcome at the golf hut by Rob. Gravel car park and nice hut with rental clubs and cheap drinks/snacks for sale inside.A deluge of rain the night before but the course was holding up well.
Teeing off using winter mats which isn't a problem, although some are close to boundary hedges which make it tight.
Credit to the Groundsman who maintains the course on his own, I was told. Greens and rough cut recently and fairways striped. Greens puttable.
It's has some well placed greens bunkers, to make it interesting enough for a standard golfer and tricky for a beginner.
