This was my home course before moving to the UK in 2007. Located directly next to the Brookline Golf Club where the Ryder Cup was held a few years ago ( the last one the USA won).
This course has a very nice layout, but is not in very good condition usually. The fairways are terrible, they are sometimes soggy and water logged, etc. But it was close to my home and easy to get to, but that's about it. Used as a parking lot during the Ryder Cup.
Very slow rounds, no rangers keeping control of things, and generally a mediocre place to play.
