Overall a beautiful course. A few holes felt a bit gimmicky ... almost impossible to to stay out of bunkers or very tall grass. Hills and berms more than challenging. There are many beautiful courses in Wisconsin that are far less expensive to play, so this one is a no repeat for me unless someone else is paying. Great food and drink!

Awesome course with great caddies. Hospitality over the top! Sites were spectacular.

All the courses in the Kohler complex are great and have a different feel. Straits is a blast and well worth the trip. Pick the right tees and you'll have a great time. Pick the wrong tees and you'll be miserable. When the wind blows it can become a real bear. Look at getting a package and playing several of the courses.
