Neglected course
The new bunkers would be great if they maintained them. Played there the weekend on July 4th and traps had not been raked for either round we played. Traveling to a course and playing it for the first time I think it would be fair to expect the course ready for play.Reviewer Rating

Extremely beautiful public course
This is one of the best public courses you will find anywhere, and for the low green fee cost, the best value as well.(Round played: Jun 2020 - Score: 89 Handicap: 19.2)

This is easily one of the most underrated unknown golf courses in the state! I love this course and I fly back to Wisconsin every year for a week just to play here. Basically carved out of a forest with lakes, rivers, and trees everywhere. A great and fantastic design with doglegs in each direction, tight holes, open holes and generally one of the best courses I've ever played anywhere in the world. And it's cheap by comparison to all the big name courses. The fairways are always perfect, the greens fantastic, and the overall layout is phenomenal. Play here and you will not forget how wonderful a golf course can be without the name brand designer!
