Well maintained and watered, with generous front 9 fairways. Back 9 narrower than front. Good definition of fairway/rough. Slick but true-running greens.

Played 08 Oct. Greens were freshly aerated and sanded. Fairway had some brown spots (4th year of drought). Really bad areas clearly marked as "Ground under repair". Generous landing areas for drives. Played in just over 3 hours.
