Bad Ethics
Earlier this month, I had a 2 for 1 - Student Union Ticket Pack (SUTP) and booked this golf course for my family of 4 (two adults + two youths under 15), with the intention of paying for the 2 for 1 green fees during twilight hours (after 3pm). Other than the expiry date, the 2 for 1 did not stipulate any other further restrictions. The attendant at that time did not honour the twilight hour rate and had charged us for 4 adults at regular rates. I showed her the coupon and explained to her that the 2 for 1 did not restrict us from using it during twilight hours, therefore it should be honoured, otherwise I would have booked it earlier. As Olds is approximately an hour from Calgary, the attendant knew this, was not cooperative and still insisted that we pay for regular hours versus twilight hours. The problem lies within the coupon wording and is no fault of the consumer. Not happy.Reviewer Rating
