Great Course

This is one of my favourite courses in Murcia. Great layout, every hole is a challenge for yourcourse management. Hazards come in all shapes and sizes, Water, Sand and fairway bushes. Couse was in great condition for January. Green pace is very tricky.

Beautiful setting

From a setting viewpoint it's a beautiful course. Very difficult if you are a mid to high handicap golfer. Lots of bunkers in play both on the fairways and around the greens. Then if you miss those and stray off thd fairways the bushes or water provide yet another trap and plenty of lost golf balls. The greens havd many different layers and undulations and are difficult to read. I felt the greens were in poor condition and had been spayed with a "green dye" to make them look good.

This is my favourite Jack Nicklaus course in Murcia, plenty of bunkers along the fairways and around the green to ensure you need to keep the ball on the fairway. Water hazards as well. For me the 4th, 5th, 9th on the front 9, 11th 14th and 18th on the back 9 challenge your course management.

A cracker

Despite recent heavy flooding the course is in great condition. Only sign of the flooding is that all bunkers are currently GUR.

Beautiful Spanish Course

Beautiful course

Fairways and tee boxes were like green carpets !
The greens were undulating and quick .
A tough course that requires planning and some great holes along the way.
Beautiful traditional clubhouse , bucket of 12 beers was 11 euro ! Great value . Overall an enjoyable and memorable days golf.

Short but tricky

This is the second time I've played this course and although I'm not a big hitter I'm not a big hitter I believe a decent score can be achieved by leaving the driver in the bag. I found the few holes I used a driver tended to find trouble in water or bunkers. This apart a good and challenging course in a nice setting.

Totally bunkered

Not a fantastic round for me as I must have found nearly every fairway bunker with my drive and managed to find a fair few green side bunkers too. And the sand was quite gritty so not easy to play the green side bunkers. In saying that it was a good test of skill (clearly mine was absent on this day) and the fairways and greens were in good condition. I would come back to see if I can play better next time. The area was nice, but not much beyond the resort by the looks. The bar ar3a a bit soulless I thought.

Good course

Really enjoyed the course even after blobbing the first two holes. Quite wide fairways but still a good challenge for the lower handicapper.
