Excellent
Course is in great condition after a few days of rain. New tee mats and gravel path ways laid in readiness for winter season. Good to see they are investing in course. Staff all friendly and helpful.Reviewer Rating

A Good Challenge
A short golf course but some challenging holes. Should be a good test of your short game.Greens in excellent condition.
All the staff we met were friendly and helpful.

Not played this course for 21 years - pretty decent to be fair.
Greens a bit slow and rough was grabbing the ball, difficult to get a decent shot on it. Otherwise very good

In places the layout is a bit tight, but this is a fun course in very good condition. Understand they took a greenkeeper from Newport and he certainly looks as though it was a good move for the club...the greens were in far better condition than the more celebrated course where I am a member.

Nice tight Course
Short but tricky course. Was a member in the past and contemplating it again. ?20 visitors green fees for January a bit steep but their membership is very reasonable.Reviewer Rating

Lovely lil course
One of my favourite courses in the area.... Very well maintained both fairways and greens... Very flat course so a easy walk for most without having to think about a buggy.... Some very nice par 3's...especially the qth and 18th....only downside for me would be the 2nd hole.... Either a pond or a massive oak tree in the way unless your a big hitter... Or can put a considerable amount of draw in your shot.... Easy course in my opinion.... My best ever score has been there..... At the time I was playing off 16 and went around only 12 over.... Only dropping 4 shots on the back 9....would recommend any person or society to give It a try.Reviewer Rating

Little Gem

Wow, did it rain!!, 1100hrs start, the greens had puddles by noon which spoiled your card somewhat. Fair play the green staff were sweeping greens all day to keep the course open. Soaked through but good showers after game. The course is the type where you need to be ' precise' a number of water courses crisscrossing the course, eg. fairways, in front of greens, parallel to holes (reclaimed flat land, marsh land).

Course in very good condition overall. However greens a little bumpy and slow. With a little more sunside, I think the greens will become quiker and less bumpy.

Greens getting really good, fast and true if you pick the right line, cant wait for the fairways to dry out a bit more, really enjoyed the round

Was very surprised by this relatively short course, but what a course! The fairways were well cut and like plush carpet, and the greens were lightning quick. A very friendly welcome with a well stocked pro shop, and an under cover range for warming up before your round. Can one hundred percent recommend this course to anyone, it certainly won't disappoint

Good course that appears well maintained and whilst not being the longest, is certainly challenging enough. Only criticisms would be that location of tees could be more clearly defined along with hole layout info being available. Clubhouse well presented, although drinks a little pricey, two pints of lemonade and orange £7.50
