Should be better.

Torrance House is a lovely parkland course that should be so much better.
Lack of investment and poor maintenance by a skeleton staff let the course down badly.
The greens are decent but the pins are only moved about once a week as its too hard to move them more regularly.
The tees are a disgrace. Very few are level and divots are never filled. There are boxes for divot mix on some tees but these are rarely used. Simply cutting the tees once a week is not really acceptable on any golf course.
That said the course is a great challenge but needs investment.

Nice course to go round with some decent holes. When I played maintenance of the course looked to have been scaled back i.e around bunkers overgrown, sections before the greens needed maintained.

great course in good condition

Good course, a challenge for every level of golfer. Finally seeing what the greenkeepers are trying to achieve. Council run course normally no issues getting a booking.

Course is a council run course and the course conditions were ok. The greens are not in the best condition to be honest.

First 18 hole this year

well worth playing, bounce game at the last minute. The only issue was the bunkers. Get it post co vid not a lot of maintenance done but bunkers need sand replaced expect it is on there to do list still worth playing.
