Best Course in the n of Dominican Republic

Played years ago, and several changes have been made since, but the stunning nature of the course, 10 holes along the ocean (sea), and the overall beauty with the extensive jungle nature of the course, make it a must play..excepting one thing...cost has been made much more difficult since the company turned the area into a haven for the rich. However, if one can play, it will not disappoint. Even if not having a great game, the views are more than stunning. Having played Teeth of the Dog, generally considered the best course in the Caribbean and ranked consistently in the top 50 of the world, I preferred Playa Grande for the overall proximity of the ocean and conditioning, hole layout and at least some years ago, was superior to Teeth of the Dog.
