What the club says: Designed by Spanish genius ‘Seve Ballesteros’, it is the only 18 hole, par 72, golf course on the Iberian Peninsula that has the configuration of 6 par 3, 6 par 4 and 6 par 5 holes. On each 9, there are no two consecutive holes with the same par, making play more interesting and producing more birdie opportunities. The design incorporates 5 large lakes, which come into play on 12 of the 18 holes, spread around the relatively level terrain that has been moulded with slight mounds and hollows. All of these characteristics add to the enjoyment and challenge of playing on a course that is a fair test for players of all levels.

Brand new greens
First round on brand new greens slow but trueWill get faster as they bed in ,fairways fantastic on every hole will be playing twice a month ??.

Love this course
I always enjoy playing here. It's getting busier too, with lots of development close by... so I expect we soon wont be able to get on it. They even open the restaurant nowadays!(Round played: Jul 2019 - Score: 105 Handicap: 20.6)

Always enjoy. Getting busier
This course is always on our list when we go to this area. Lots of wildlife. Course generally well kept. Ladies tees were poor in comparison to men's this year though which was disappointing(Round played: Jul 2019 - Score: 110 Handicap: 26)

In great nick!

Good course worth a visit
We stayed at the Alicante golf resort, nice hotel. The course had 5 temporary greens due to the hot weather in Spain but on the whole conditions were pretty good. Again I recommend a buggie. Hotel facilities were good, breakfast had decent choices although we ate out the menu in the hotel looked good. We ate at the restaurant by the pool and the meal and service was great.Reviewer Rating

the worst couse I have ever played,the fairways had been cut and the cuttings left,so no run on the ball,and the greens were in a really poor state. we had a two ball in front of us playing with one set of clubs,wher was the marshall !!
