What the club says: The Boschenmeer Golf and Country Estate with its David Frost signature golf course, offers superb golfing. It is the only 27-hole golf course in the Western province, and the first David Frost signature golf course in South Africa. Pro-golfer David Frost grew up in the Paarl/Franschhoek region and is an integral part of the Paarl Golf Club, where he first played as a school member. This top professional has brought his years of skill, knowledge and international experience of playing various golf courses, and incorporated his knowledge with the golf course design team to create this stunning 27-hole venue that consists of the “Berg River Nine” (1-9), the “Paarl Nine” (10 – 18), and the new “Boschenmeer Nine” (19-27).
The course offers world-class beauty and playability - to the extent that readers of Golf Today magazine voted the fourth hole of the Boschenmeer Nine as the best in South Africa in 2002.

Played here as a tourist whilst on holiday in the Cape. Nice course and well looked after by everyone at the club. Excellent breakfast prior to my round and hire clubs were a perfectly acceptable set of Calloway's. Played the River and Paarl 9's (Old Course), both of which were decent if a little up and down in places. Plenty of water to keep you interested though. Course conditions were excellent and greens ran true. Would consider playing again if back in the area in future.

Lovely course in beautiful estate, well maintained.Lots of water hazards and tight fairways.

Overall a very good course. Played 10-18 & 19-27. 10-18 was your standard resort course but still a decent test and in very good condition. 19-27 was far more interesting with spectacular mountain views and a much tougher lay out. The only issue with 19-27 was this is the new part of the course and the fairways are not as mature as the other 9 we played. However, over time this should mature into the best 9 of the 27 holes. The greens were excellent throughout with severe and challenging undulations on all almost every green. Some real challenging pin positions added to the enjoyment. Excellent resort, would recommend taking a buggy. VG value for money.
