What the club says: This is a breezy links course along the Atlantic Ocean with narrow fairways. Accurate drives are required due to the narrow landing areas and there are few fairway bunkers as a result of this. The course runs around 7,000 yards and is a par 72. The greens are fast and firm so the short game is just as important as the drive.

Excellent links course
An excellent links course in absolutely fantastic condition given the amount of rain over the last few days.. the greens were superb and as good as any I have played on during winter months. Pace of play was good as the course was quiet with very few other golfers seen throughout the round. The course itself is challenging but not unforgiving making it suitable for all levels of golfer. Clubs for hire were good and the pro shop staff were very helpful and courteous. The practice facilities are also superb as are the shop, restaurant and changing facilities. In summary, one of the best courses I have played and I would love to play again in the summer months. Also nice sea views as a bonus.Reviewer Rating

A challenging place. One of the few links in Portugal and quite nasty to play at, if not used to. However one I always recommend and will play over and over, until can play it better.
