What the club says: The excellent Castelgandolfo Golf Resort features an 18 hole championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones. Set in the amazing surroundings of an extinguished volcanic region, this fantastic course uses well-placed bunkers and water hazards to create a testing round of golf. Golf Magazine has rated the 4th hole as one of the best 500 holes in the world. A stunning track that is worth the trip to Rome alone.
