"Falkenstein", that is the true name of the "Hamburger Golf Club" is an absolute must for any golfer visiting Hamburg (or even Germany). Just ensure yourself a tee-off time because this championship course is in great demand.
One can sense the architect's genius as the course unfolds on undulating fairways between the lovely pinewoords. Challenging, tricky, beautiful and still very pleasant to play, this course is likely to last in any golfer's memory.
Since it is a club with quite some tradition, please observe etiquette and silence your cell phone. Any infringment will cost you a beer.
