What the club says: Vaudreuil is conveniently located just south of Rouen and is a well matured woodland layout. Designed by Fred Hawtree in 1961, the fairways wind through magnificent, carefully preserved parkland and a great variety of trees making accuracy off the tee essential. Furthermore, at 6,784 yards, it isn't the shortest of courses and provides a very good test of golf. Most visitors to Vaudreuil are left with fond memories of the clubhouse; a former thatched barn, it is renowned as one of the most beautiful and very best in France and is very comfortably furnished with a good restaurant.

The course is in lovely settings. The fairways and greens in good condition. A relatively easy course with no particular difficulties. An excellent thatched club house. A round is overpriced and not good value for money
