Played the Creek Course (opened in 2001, designed by Tony Cashmore and Nick Faldo) - a great course yet very tricky to play. Miss the fairway and you're in knee deep rough, very difficult to find your ball again (nevermind shooting a low score). As most new courses there are plenty of deep greenside bunkers guarding some fast and dry greens. Still a great experience to play this course!

Course is in excellent condition in drought or winter. Greens are firm and fast and run true
Bunker sand could be improved
Course is challenging due to coastal location & wind
Modern clubhouse with good food
