Played my first ever round at North Turra this morn and was pleasantly surprised.
Course extension is excellent with magnificent views of national park.
After weeks of heavy rain, greens and fairways very good. In all a challenging and enjoyable 18 hole experience.
I'll be back for sure. Kuringai Council has done a fantastic job here.
The course is a good test for players of all levels and there are no pretensions.

Course outstanding, greens as good as any Louth, Seacroft, Market Rasen included. Bunkers tidy, good sand. Fairways well cut. Overall tidy appearance of course, rough, hedges and tees. Challenging course

A very cheap and cheerful council operated golf course - just right for people starting out in golf like me.
Generally par 3's and 4's with one par 5 hole.
Watch out for the Kangaroo's at the 12th and the dive bombing magpies on the 14th during the spring!!
