new turf seems to have been layed on greens which are very smooth and fast, but need a bit of time to bed in. Mature tree lines on fairways, but several areas of GUR in places you wouldn't expect because of multiple divots.
Great clubhouse and facilities - highly recommend a beer on the terrace if you can get a seat on it!
