What the club says: The 18 hole par 71 course is 6376 yards long and was designed by American course architect, Bradford Benz, to USGA specifications to make the most of the contours of the valley. The course lies on chalk which provides excellent drainage and this, together with the USGA greens, results in a great combination for all year round play. So whether you are simply visiting for a round of golf or thinking of becoming a member you will be able to make the most of your golf whatever the time of year!

Very nice autumnal colours and scenery, and a friendly welcome. Greens good for early November but quite a lot muddier than expected on the fairways and in the rough, despite 2 weeks without rain. Not quite free draining as advertised... Couple of interesting holes but many holes felt a a bit samey. Shared 9th/18th green was good. Also, I struggled with nearly every approach shot being played from a sloping lie; appreciate it's probably something I need to practice but just be aware, though possibly in summer balls will roll to flat(ter) spots.Reviewer Rating

Golf Society Day
We held a golf society day at Woldingham on 25th May 2024 and the entire experience from when I booked it to when we played couldn't have gone smoother. Upon arrival we were made to feel very welcome and our breakfast was brought out to us in plenty of time for out tee times and even had time to warm up on the range. The starter on the 1st tee was also very welcoming and joined in the jovial banter that is part and parcel of a golf society day. The course itself was in exceptional condition and played very well. The feed back from all the players was all positive and we will be returning in 2025 for another society day.
We cannot recommend this venue enough iy far out reaches others we have visited this year such as East Sussex National who only seemed interested in taking our money.

In good condition
Considering the winter we have had , course was in good condition. Slightly uneven grass coverage on fairways and greens playing a bit slower than conditions suggested. May be a little critical as my general Iron play was rubbish.Reviewer Rating
