What the club says: Willesley Park Golf Club is set in picturesque rolling countryside in North West Leicestershire and is rightly regarded as one of the finest courses in the county. The golf club is set partly in rolling parkland and partly on heathland, it sets a good challenge for golfers of all standards. From the drive at the 1st, through an avenue of trees, to the challenging 18th, accuracy from the tee is rewarded with a clear view to the green with the approach shot.

Undulating gem.
Undulating gem of a course with some tight fairways and cambers that you need to be aware of. Greens in very good condition, fairways dry. After the weather we’ve had it was a real surprise. Hats off to the green keepers and ground staff.Reviewer Rating

The first time I played the course which was in good condition, with greens in very good nick. Very up and down course with lots of blind tee shots, would have been useful to have had a course planner however not available in club shop. Overall an enjoyable round.

Course was very wet after all the rain we?d had, the course itself had been close for a couple of days earlier in the week due to saturation, would play much better and better value in the summer time, prices should be lowered when playing off mats, next time we?ll try summer.Reviewer Rating

One of the better elite courses and clubs to visit. A little more to pay than normal but worth the extra. The design is great, the condition is fantastic and the friendly welcome by the staff made the day pleasurable. Well stocked shop, excellent clubhouse and facilities added to the very nice course lay out was gratefully received by our Society

Nice parkland course in great surroundings
A beautiful course in a lovely area. Very tricky with lots of trees and well placed bunkers. Lots of long par 4's and fantastic par 3's made the visit very enjoyable. Greens were ok, not the fastest but very true to roll the ball. Clubhouse, shop and staff were brilliant and very welcoming to visitors. Highly recommend and look forward to a return trip.(Round played: Oct 2021 - Score: 91 Handicap: 19.2)
