What the club says: The course at West Wilts provides players of any level with a fair test of golf in a spectacular setting. In many respects the course has characteristics of a links course with few trees, small greens and a prevailing breeze. Inspiring views across the Wiltshire Downs surround the course and the elements can play a key part throughout any round. The course is 5790 yards long, has a par of 69 and a standard scratch score of 68. A good short game is required to score well.

Fantastic Course - in great condition
Course has been well maintained through lockdown and looks and plays fantastic. Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Club house overlooks course and 1st tee. Views from the course are amazing given its height.(Round played: Jun 2021 - Score: 90 Handicap: 17.8)

Superb course
The lay out makes full use of the contours. There's some obviously added contours, but not to the detriment of the course.It's not the longest, but that doesn't matter when your playing it, it's a fair test of golf. Look out for the 8th, the hill on the 10th & the drive across the valley on the 11th.
The course is in great condition, greens superb, bunkers very good.
Pro & the locals were friendly, I can't say much more, a superb course.

Stunning Views!

Friendly welcome from staff and members. Stunning views over wiltshire with the course in very good condition. Some work on extending the tees so playing of some temps but greens good.
