Very good for a bit of fun with friends. Played far better courses but it's a council course so to be expected

I must admit I was very surprised at the quality of this golf course. There are some nice holes through mostly tree lined fairways. The 3rd and 7th especially are a bit more challenging and you can let rip with a big drive at the nearly par-5, 5th. The greens were in generally good condition too. Nice short at the 6th with the imposing former mansion of Vogrie House framing the green.

Very nice little course to play and also the cheapest at £9 or £8 if you have payed the £1 to park your car.
