What the club says: Trentham Golf Club is set on part of the former Duke of Sutherland's Estate, with beautifully wooded areas and lakes. Driving is a real challenge on any hole and at over 6,600 yards the course is a true test for any golfer, as the list of County and EGU events will testify.

Trent ham was a lovely course where the catering staff were friendly and efficient delivering excellent food.

Best winter course 2018
I played the course a couple of days before Christmas and it played as if we were playing in summer conditions- the course conditions were amazing, especially considering the time of year we played. The staff and the service we received on the day were superb, and I highly recommend anyone to visit!Reviewer Rating

Old Established Club with tired facilities and course to match, nothing to write home about here i am afraid and the less snooty club trentham park down the road has some better features, the course played ok but nothing special to dictate the price.

Fantastic course with some fine and challenging holes, very quick greens which was hard for me as my course they are a little slower

Very good course with some absolutely wonderful holes, whoever said that the undulating fairways made the course poor was an idiot. This is a very challenging course that's suits high to low handicappers, the clubhouse is amazing and all the staff are very friendly. The shop is well stocked and the pro (Ash I think) could not be more helpful.

Played this course yesterday in a society day, what a lovely course it is to, i found staff to be friendly and facilities very good, the visitors locker room is slightly small but they look to be in the process of extending that.
The course has a varied mix of par 3's 4's and 5's with plenty of water and sand hazards to make it a true test of straight hitting and course management, i would definetly go again
